Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    10 saltine crackers, crushed
    1/3 c. salsa or picante sauce
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    4 oz. pkg. shredded cheese
    jalapenos
    salsa or picante sauce
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, crushed crackers, salsa or picante sauce, egg, onion and green pepper in large bowl until thoroughly combined.
    Form into loaf and place in a baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and sprinkle with shredded cheese; bake an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Remove from pan and slice.
    Garnish slices with salsa or picante sauce.
