Martha Washington Candy(Peanut Butter Roll) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. confectioners sugar
2 sticks margarine, softened
1 Tbsp. whole milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Mix 2 pounds confectioners sugar, margarine, milk and vanilla in large mixing bowl.
Mix with hands until well mixed and smooth. You may have to add extra sugar until consistency to roll.
Roll dough on surface that has been dusted with confectioners sugar to desired thickness.
Spread peanut butter over entire surface and roll like jelly roll.
Cut roll in half and place on flat tray. Cover with Saran Wrap and place in refrigerator overnight.
