Egg-Mushroom Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients; mix well.
    Stir in rice, mushrooms and cheese.
    Pour into a buttered 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
    Cut into squares and serve immediately.
