Gazpacho(Spanish Meatless Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove mashed garlic
    1 peeled, chopped onion
    5 ripe, peeled tomatoes
    1 c. vegetable stock
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    dash of paprika
    1 medium chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chervil
    1/2 c. diced cucumber
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1/2 c. diced scallions
    1 c. croutons
Preparation
    In food processor fitted with steel blade, puree first 11 ingredients.
    Chill for 2 hours.
    Serve with remaining ingredients in separate bowls as garnishes.
    Tabasco may be made available, too.
    Serves 4.
