Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 small pkg. cream cheese
    1 can condensed beef consomme
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold consomme, then heat until dissolved. Cool mixture and add chopped cheese.
    Beat until well blended. Cool to room temperature.
    Add remaining ingredients and chill until ready to serve.
    Serves 10 to 12.
