Ingredients

1/3 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In a bowl, combine flour, coconut and salt.
Add milk and vanilla.
Mix well.
Batter will be stiff.
Drop by spoonfuls 1-inch apart onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove to a wire rack to cool. Yields 1 1/2 dozen.
