Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 pkg. broccoli, chopped
    2 c. water
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cook onions, celery, broccoli and water in saucepan over medium-high heat 10 minutes, until broccoli is tender.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Stir in butter, salt and milk.
    In bowl, mix flour and milk.
    Stir into soup, a few tablespoons at a time, allowing time for it to warm and thicken the soup.
