Mexican Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger meat
    1 large onion
    2 cans Ro-Tel, diced
    2 large cans Ranch or Ranch Style beans
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 pkg. frozen tortillas
Preparation
    Cook meat and onions together.
    In a large pan, mix Ro-Tel, beans and soups together.
    Add meat and onion mixture.
    Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
