Turkey Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. boneless turkey breast
    vegetable cooking spray
    2 cloves of garlic
    1 onion, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced
    3/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 can whole tomatoes
    1 can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. dried oregano leaves
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper
    Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. spaghetti
Preparation
    Cut turkey into small pieces.
    Spray skillet with cooking spray, add turkey pieces and brown; set aside.
    Add garlic, onion, green pepper and mushrooms to the pan.
    Saute over high heat until vegetables are tender.
    Add tomatoes, tomato paste and oregano; simmer for 10 minutes.
    Cook spaghetti according to directions. Taste turkey mixture.
    Add salt and pepper, if desired.
    Sprinkle top with parsley.
    Serve over portions of spaghetti.
    Pass Parmesan cheese at the table.
