Grasshopper Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    18 chocolate dessert cookies
    1/2 c milk
    20 large marshmallows
    1/2 pt whipping cream
    1 oz creme de menthe
    1 oz creme de cacao (white)
Preparation
    Cream the butter and add finely crushed cookies.
    Line pie pan with cookie mixture.
    Place in fridge to chill.
    Melt the marshmallows in milk over low heat and set aside to cool.
    Beat the whipping cream.
    Add liqueurs and blend.
    Add the cream mixture to the marshmallow mixture.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Top with shaved chocolate and chill overnight.
