Spicy Glazed Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. gingersnap cookie crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 eggs
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Combine beef, cookie crumbs, onion, eggs, evaporated milk and seasonings.
Mix well. Turn into 1 1/2-quart loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Drain off drippings.
Cool for 5 minutes in pan. Unmold. Top with Peach Glaze.
