Sugarless Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate
    3 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
    1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    5 large apples, cored and peeled (6 or 7 c.)
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (9-inch) pie crust (unbaked)
Preparation
    Completely thaw apple juice; stir in tapioca, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Add butter and sliced apples.
    Pour into pie shell; cover with a top crust or chopped nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Chill before serving.
