Taco Platter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag tortilla chips
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large jar salsa
    2 cans refried beans
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 small can sliced black olives
    12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 to 2 bunches green onions
    1 envelope taco seasoning mix
    1/4 head lettuce, shredded
    sour cream
Preparation
    On large platter, spread a little more than 1/2 bag chips. Saute onion.
    Brown beef with onion; drain and add seasoning mix. Heat beans; spread beans on chips then put rest of chips on top of beans.
    Spread meat mixture on top of that and cover with bag of cheese, next shredded lettuce.
    Pour jar of salsa on top and spread evenly.
    Spread chopped green onions.
    Top this with sliced black olives.
    Serve with sour cream.
    (If needed heat in microwave just before serving.)
