Torta Pascualina(Argentine Spinach Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. frozen or 2 qt. fresh spinach
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1 unbaked pie crust and crust for top
Preparation
    Cook, drain and finely chop spinach.
    Saute onion in oil until tender.
    Combine spinach, onion, nutmeg, oregano, salt, eggs and cheese.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Arrange top crust and seal.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 4.
