Easy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 chopped onion
    1 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    parsley
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and place in well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan or large casserole and sprinkle with parsley.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 12.
