Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. uncooked rice
4 oz. can shrimp
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. cauliflower, chopped (raw)
1/2 c. celery, chopped (optional)
6 stuffed olives, chopped
juice of 1/2 lemon (1/8 c.)
mayonnaise or salad dressing
Preparation
-
Combine lemon juice with mayonnaise or salad dressing enough to moisten salad.
Steam rice according to package directions.
Do not overcook.
Cool.
Combine all ingredients.
Chill until served.
May be made a day ahead.
