Salmon Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pink salmon
    1 large onion, chopped real fine
    1/2 tsp. sage
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
Preparation
    Remove bone and black skin from
    salmon.
    Put 4 cups of water in a large skillet.
    Add
    all
    the
    ingredients and cook until onions are tender.
    In a small
    bowl, stir 3/4 cup flour into enough water to dissolve (stir
    until
    all lumps are out) and pour into skillet to thicken hash.
    Cook a few minutes and stir to desired thickness.
    Serve hot with biscuits.
