Rotel Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 potatoes, boiled with skins
    1 lb. Velveeta
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    After potatoes have cooled off, slice with skins into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Melt the Velveeta with the Ro-Tel, onion and margarine in the microwave.
    When melted, pour over potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
