Cajun Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. lean pork ribs
    9 oz. strained peaches
    1/3 c. catsup
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. ginger
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. hot sauce
Preparation
    Brown ribs quickly in hot oil.
    Mix remaining ingredients; put ribs in baking dish.
    Pour sauce over them.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Can be cooked on grill.
    Use sauce for basting.
