Oven Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2/3 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan or 10 x 15 pan in the oven.
    Mix Bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper.
    Coat chicken; place skin side down on hot pan.
    Bake 35 minutes; turn chicken.
    Bake 15 minutes longer or until juices run clear.
