Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size onion, minced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 stick butter
    1/2 lb. chorizo
    parsley
    white wine
    bread crumbs
    mushrooms
Preparation
    Boil chorizo.
    While chorizo is cooking, remove stems from mushrooms.
    Set aside caps.
    Mince stems; set aside.
    Once chorizo is cooked remove skin and mince.
    In skillet, saute in a little of the butter the onions and garlic.
    Add minced mushrooms stems and chorizo.
    Cook for a few minutes.
    Add parsley and wine.
    Cook for a few minutes.
    Add bread crumbs until forms stuffing.
