Individual Fat-Free "Fast" Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    whole wheat pita, halved
    fat-free spaghetti sauce (Healthy Choice)
    alfalfa sprouts
    chopped red onion
    chopped mushrooms
    chopped green bell peppers
Preparation
    Make sure the pita is split in half.
    Then spread 2 to 3 tablespoons spaghetti sauce on it.
    Top with sprouts, mushrooms, onions and peppers to taste.
    Put in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until heated through.
