Strawberry Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    10 c. half and half cream
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. strawberries, pureed in blender
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Add strawberries and finish filling freezer can with half and half.
    Makes 1 gallon. Good stuff.
