Pork And Zucchini Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless pork in julienne strips
    1/5 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. sliced zucchini
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    3/4 tsp. marjoram
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1/2 c. boiling water
    cooked rice
Preparation
    If possible, have butcher cut pork.
    Saute with onion in oil over high heat until pork is lightly browned.
    Add zucchini, mushrooms, marjoram, salt, pepper and bouillon.
    Stir 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender and pork is thoroughly cooked.
    Serve with rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
