Egg Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs, separated
    1-1/4 cups sugar
    1-1/4 tsp. salt
    10 cups milk
    5 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Add salt to egg whites, beat until foamy.
    (Beat only 6 at a time.)
    Combine egg whites and sugar, continue beating until shiny, white, soft peaks form.
    Put all all beaten egg whites together in a large bowl.
    Beat yolks and vanilla until blended.
    Fold into egg whites and add milk.
