Beef-Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    8 oz. elbow macaroni
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    1 c. grated American cheese
    1/2 c. dry bread or cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 to 2 lb. pork steaks or chops (we use pork steak because it is more tender)
    some shortening (to brown meat in)
    chopped onion (according to your own taste)
    1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
    a dash of sugar
    about 2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    I'm estimating on the garlic and chili powder because I don't normally measure them, I just stir some in, taste it and add more if I need it.
    Also salt and pepper to taste.
