* Rio Grande Supper * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    12 oz. can whole kernel corn
    8 oz. jar jalapeno pepper Cheez Whiz
    3/4 c. barbecue sauce
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add onion and green pepper; cook until tender.
    Stir in corn, Cheez Whiz, barbecue sauce and chili powder.
    Simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Top with corn chips.
    (Regular Cheez Whiz may be substituted.)
    Serves 8.
