Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. meat (sausage or bacon), cooked
    1 (16 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded Colby cheese
    1 can vegetable (spinach or broccoli)
    3 eggs
    1/2 small onion, sauteed
    2 deep dish pie shells
Preparation
    Mix eggs, cheese and milk in a bowl.
    In pie shells, place meat and vegetable, then pour mixture from bowl.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
