Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium onions, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    6 eggs
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. minced parsley
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute onions in oil until soft, but not browned; drain well.
    In a mixing bowl, beat eggs.
    Add bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley and onions; mix well.
    Place in a greased 10-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
