Ingredients

6 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. cold milk
4 egg yolks, slightly beaten
4 Tbsp. flour (plain)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 tsp. vanilla
9-inch baked pie shell
4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
8 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Add cocoa to 1 cup sugar and mix well.
Stir in 2 cups milk slowly to make a smooth mixture.
Heat in double boiler or on low heat in saucepan, stirring constantly.
