Easy Chicken Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes
    5 carrots
    1 onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup or any cream soup (celery)
    1 lb. chicken parts (thighs, breasts; frozen)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel and cut up potatoes. Cut into slices.
    Peel and cut carrots into 1-inch slices.
    Chop onion.
    Place in crock-pot.
    Put frozen chicken pieces on top of vegetables.
    Pour soup over top of chicken.
    Salt and pepper, if desired. Cook on high for 1 hour, then turn to low.
    Serves 4.
