Sweet Fruit Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. fruit (blueberries or bananas are good; if you use apples, add 1/2 tsp. cinnamon)
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease bottoms of 12 medium muffin cups or use paper liners.
Beat egg; stir in milk and oil.
Add dry ingredients and fruit.
Batter will be lumpy.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
This recipe can easily be doubled or halved.
