Corn Dogs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. yellow corn meal
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 egg
2 Tbsp. solid Crisco shortening, melted
12 hot dogs (on sticks)
Preparation

Mix the ingredients except hot dogs together.
Dip the hot dogs in the batter and deep fry (use solid Crisco) until golden brown on medium heat.
