Stroganoff Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. fine dried bread crumbs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (12 oz.) jar brown gravy
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. sliced green onion
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Combine eggs, bread crumbs, milk, onion, green peppers and seasoned salt in a mixing bowl.
    Add beef; mix well.
    Shape the mixture into an 8 x 6-inch rectangle.
    Divide into 48 pieces. Roll each piece into a meatball.
    Place meatballs in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until no pink remains.
    Drain.
    If desired cover and chill for up to 24 hours.
