Farm-Style Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon, chopped
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 medium tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
    1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
    8 oz. tomato salsa
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    tortilla chips for dipping
Preparation
    Cook bacon until most of the fat is removed.
    Add onion, tomato and celery.
    Cook over medium heat until onion is tender. Stir in salsa and salt.
    Add cheese and heat until cheese is melted.
    Do not let boil.
    Keep warm for dipping.
