6-Cup Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. pineapple chunks
    1 c. mandarin oranges
    1 c. blueberries
    1 c. nonfat yogurt
Preparation
    Combine coconut, marshmallows, pineapple, oranges and blueberries in a bowl; mix well.
    Fold in yogurt.
    Yields 8 servings.
    Per serving:
    127 calories, 4 g fat, 0.5 mg chol, 56 mg Na.
