Beef Tips On Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 lb. boneless sirloin tip roast, cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in plastic bag; shake to mix. Place beef cubes in bag and shake.\tHeat oil in Dutch oven.
    Add beef and cook until brown.\tAdd onion and cook until tender.
    Add beef broth; cover, reduce heat and simmer 2 hours stirring occasionally.
    Serve over rice.
