Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dried navy pea beans
    1 medium onion
    1/4 lb. salt pork with rind
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. molasses
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cover beans in boiling water.
    Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Drain beans; reserve the liquid.
