Gravy Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lean pork chops
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper.
    Brown in shortening. Pour off drippings.
    Combine soup, milk and water.
    Pour over chops.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake for 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Stir gravy and serve over rice.
