Crabmeat Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stalk finely chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 lb. white crabmeat
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar
Preparation
    Saute celery and onions in butter until wilted.
    Blend flour in well.
    Add milk gradually, stirring constantly.
    Add egg yolks, salt, red pepper and black pepper; cook 5 minutes.
    Place crabmeat in a casserole dish and mix in cooked sauce.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until light brown.
