2 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs (whole wheat is best)
2 Tbsp. dry onion mix
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Coat pieces of meat.
Lay pieces of coated meat in open flat pan.
Butter or margarine can be drizzled over all pieces or bake plain to reduce fat.
Bake, uncovered, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours depending on thickness of meat.
