Shrimp Butter Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 cube margarine or butter
4 Tbsp. mayo
1/2 medium onion, minced
juice of 1 lemon
2 cans medium size shrimp, drained
dash of salt
Preparation

Let cream cheese and margarine soften.
Mix together all of the ingredients with a fork.
Refrigerate.
Serve on crackers.
