Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1/4 to 1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
1 3/4 c. oats
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
Preparation

Combine wet ingredients.
In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients.
Stir wet mixture into dry mixture.
Allow to stand for 30 minutes, or until oats have absorbed some of the liquid. Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Drop mixture by teaspoons onto greased baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes.
Yields 50 cookies.
