Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean beef stew meat
    5 stalks celery, cut up
    4 to 5 carrots, cut up
    1 large can green beans and juice
    1 can small onions and juice
    1 large can tomatoes
    1/2 to 2/3 c. Minute tapioca
    3 tsp. salt
    3 to 4 potatoes, cut up
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients together.
    Cover and bake in slow oven (275\u00b0) for 6 hours.
