Carrot Cake With Nut Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    4 eggs
    3 crisp carrots, grated
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine sugar and salad oil together.
    Add eggs, 1 at a time, beat after each addition.
    Gradually add dry ingredients; mix well. Add nuts and carrots.
    Pour into two 9-inch layer pans, greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    When cool, remove and ice.
