Aunt Rose'S Meat Loaf(75 Year Old Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. chop meat
    2 c. bread crumbs or crust
    4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    4 Tbsp. fresh green peppers, chopped
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/3 c. tomato juice
    potatoes, wedges (quantity depends on you)
Preparation
    Add all ingredients into bowl and hand mix.
    Put tomato juice and egg in last.
    Shape into loaf in nongreased pan.
    Add potatoes.
    If desired, put bacon strips on top (3 slices).
    Bake in 350\u00b0 to 345\u00b0 oven for approximately 1 hour.
    Judge by softness of potatoes around loaf.
