Pineapple Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. Knox gelatine
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. mixed pineapple
1 c. sugar
juice of 1 1/2 lemons
2 c. cream cheese, grated
1 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Dissolve gelatine in the pineapple juice.
Bring pineapple, sugar and lemon juice to a boil.
Add this to gelatine mixture. Set aside until it starts to jell.
Grate the cream cheese and whip the cream until stiff.
Add to gelatine when it thickens.
Will serve about 20.
