Poor Man'S Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. flounder (fresh or frozen)
    2/3 c. melted butter
    1 c. crushed herb stuffing mix
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. crabmeat
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In an ungreased 8-inch dish, place fish.
    Mix together all the ingredients and sprinkle on top of fish.
    Combine 1/2 cup of remaining stuffing mix and 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
    Sprinkle on top of fish mixture.
    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6 people.
