Meat Balls Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 small can tomato sauce
    2 c. water (16 oz.)
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sea penin
    1/4 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Mix together beef, rice, chopped celery, black pepper, garlic salt and basil; shape into balls.
    Place in a baking dish.
