Crab Crostini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. lump crabmeat
    1/2 c. diced red bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    4 to 5 drops hot pepper sauce
    4 oz. Italian bread, cut into 16 slices
    1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
Preparation
    Preheat the broiler.
    Line a broiler pan with foil.
    Pick over the crabmeat to remove any cartilage.
    In a medium bowl, combine the crabmeat, bell pepper, mayonnaise, parsley, chives, lime juice, mustard, cheese and hot pepper sauce.
    Blend well.
    Spread 1 tablespoon crab mixture on each slice of bread.
    Place the crostini on the broiler pan and broil 4-inches from the heat for 5 to 6 minutes or lightly browned.
